Luxury Casino Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Luxury Casino. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile platform and all services offered at Luxury Casino.com. By registering an account, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. We are operated by Apollo Entertainment Limited (registration C45483), located at 8 Villa Seminia, Suite 2, Sir Temi Zammit Avenue, Ta' Xbiex XBX 1011, Malta, and we are part of the Casino Rewards network. We hold an Internet Gaming Operator licence issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and we operate pursuant to an agreement with iGaming Ontario. If you have questions about how we run our platform, this document explains what we expect from you and what you can expect from us.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To create an account with us, you must be at least 19 years of age and physically located within the province of Ontario, Canada, at the time of play. We restrict access strictly to Ontario residents currently inside the province, and wagering from outside Ontario will void any winnings and may lead to suspension of your account. We prohibit the use of VPNs or any IP-augmenting software intended to disguise your location, and any winnings generated while circumventing these restrictions will be confiscated by us.

When you complete Luxury register procedures, you confirm that all information you submit is accurate, current and complete. We may request identity verification documents at any time, and we reserve the right to suspend or close your account if we cannot confirm your identity or eligibility. Each person may hold only one account with us; duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Our platform accepts CAD as the sole currency. The minimum Luxury deposit is $10, while the minimum withdrawal amount is $50, or $300 when using Direct Bank Transfer or wire methods. We support deposits via credit and debit cards, bank transfer services, prepaid vouchers, e-wallets and Interac. For withdrawals, we offer Visa, Mastercard, OCT to Visa, e-wallets, Direct Bank Transfer and CAD EFT / eCheck.

We apply a withdrawal limit of $4,000 per week where a win is substantially greater than your total purchases across Casino Rewards partner casinos, and we may adjust this limit at our discretion. Card-scheme limits also apply: Mastercard Payment Transactions are capped at 40,000 EUR per day (approximately $58,000 CAD), while Visa OCT limits apply on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Where your balance exceeds these caps, we may distribute your payout in daily portions across successive business days.

Every Luxury withdrawal request is subject to a 48-hour pending period, during which we may reverse the transaction in full or in part. Once this period ends, we process payouts on the next business day, Monday through Friday only; we do not process withdrawals on weekends or public holidays. Visa and Mastercard payments typically take 3 working days, e-wallets 1-3 working days, Direct Bank Transfer 6-10 working days, and CAD EFT / eCheck 2-3 working days. If you use a withdrawal method for the first time, we may require a further 5-7 working days to complete processing.

Luxury Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

We offer a welcome package spread across your first five deposits. Our Luxury casino bonus structure works as follows:

• 1st deposit: 100% match up to $150 (deposits between $10 and $150)
• 2nd deposit: 50% match up to $200
• 3rd deposit: 25% match up to $300
• 4th deposit: 50% match up to $200
• 5th deposit: 100% match up to $150

We credit each Luxury bonus automatically as bonus funds, and successive deposits cannot be combined; every deposit is treated individually. Our standard wagering requirement is 30 times the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a $100 bonus requires roughly $3,000 in wagering. Slot games count 100% toward this requirement, while table games, parlour games, live casino titles and other game types count only 2%. All Aces Video Poker and Flippin' Awesome Shields of Asgard contribute 0% and do not earn loyalty points. Double-up play is excluded from wagering contribution entirely.

We always deduct wagers from your cash balance first; bonus funds are only used once your cash balance is depleted. We consider the following as irregular play, which may result in voided winnings: placing single bets equal to 25% or more of your credited bonus, using autoplay to clear wagering requirements, placing even-money bets on Sic Bo, Craps or Roulette, triggering a game feature after your bonus balance reaches zero, withdrawing deposited funds before your bonus is fully redeemed, and any form of hedge betting. Any unused Luxury no deposit bonus or promotional bonus expires 60 days after registration, and our promotions apply only to deposits and wagers placed through our downloaded software.

Casino Rewards VIP Loyalty Programme

We automatically enrol you in our Casino Rewards VIP loyalty programme upon your first real-money wager. Our programme includes six status levels, each unlocking larger bonuses, additional promotions, priority support, birthday gifts, exclusive games, a dedicated VIP host, and increased entries into our Time Of Your Life Sweepstakes and VIP Lucky Jackpot draws. We convert 100 points into $1 in chips, redeemable once you accumulate 1,000 points, with credits typically applied within 5 minutes. Your single Global Account links every sub-account you hold across Apollo-managed brands operating in Ontario, sharing your responsible-gaming settings, deposit limits, loss limits and wagering activity across our network.

We limit additional promotions, including monthly point-boost offers and sweepstakes entries, to one per device, person, household, family, address, email, financial account, IP address or shared network. We do not permit combining two promotional offers simultaneously.

Where we determine that irregular play has occurred, we may void associated winnings and adjust your balance accordingly.
